2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to facilitate tutoring discovery, verify tutor credentials, manage booking calendars with timezone synchronization, establish secure WebRTC video calls, process Stripe Connect escrow settlements, and maintain marketplace security.
3. Video & Classroom Privacy
Live tutoring sessions utilize 256-bit encrypted WebRTC streaming via Daily.co. Audio, video, and whiteboard canvases are transmitted peer-to-peer or via secured media relays and are never sold or shared with advertisers.
4. Payment Security & Stripe Connect
CoachConnect does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on our servers. All payment handling is secured directly through Stripe Connect in full compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.
5. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, export, modify, or permanently delete your personal information and account profile at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting our data protection team.
